Who should avoid Shilajit?

Smooth and clean enough to consume directly. To be honest, the effects are immediate and you will feel great adding this as a stack for pre workout or Kickstarter for morning routines.
I have only taken shilajit for 2 days. Day two I had a good amount of energy, by night, some of my brain fog lifted, I felt calm and relaxed. I look forward to seeing how how things progress.
Gave it to my daughterb( age 42). She walks up and down hills early every morning on our property briskly for an hour.
She says it has made a real difference in her endurance and breathing and she has a lot of energy left for all the farm work and business she is running the rest of the day. She considers it a must have now.

I have been taking shilajit for over 11 weeks now. Started with the drops, went to resin daily and now take a gummy 30 - 45 minutes before working out. I’ve been using Authentic Himalayan Shilajit® Resin for a while now, and overall, it’s one of the better-quality shilajit products I’ve tried. Right out of the container, the resin has the thick, tar-like consistency you expect, along with a clean mineral smell—nothing overly sharp or chemical, which is a good sign when it comes to purity.
At one spoon per order, I think it's safe to say I'm a believer. If your looking for something that gives you the boost of energy but not in a caffeine or jittery kind of way, this is it. Within about 20 mins , you just feel better. Like a, I didn't realize I wasn't running at 100% compacity better. Been great for me. Even got my 62 year old father on it. We haven't looked back.
