How long does a 15g jar last?
+At least two months. If a jar is running out faster than that, you are taking too much. Our resin is potent, so less is more.
How do I take the resin?
+Use the spoon in the jar to measure a pea sized portion, about 100mg, and dissolve it in a drink of your choice. One to two times daily, ideally after meals.
How often should I take it?+
+Five to six days per week, one to three times daily. Consistency matters more than dose.
Gummies, resin or drops, which should I start with?
