  • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error or defect on ours or careers part.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Please ensure items are packaged securely to avoid damage during transit. Damaged items may result in a denial of the return or exchange request.
  • To cancel or edit your order you can contact us by phone or email and if the order is not already shipped it will be eligible for cancellation; However, once the product is shipped out and tracking number is added, we will not be able to cancel or modify the order.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method upon delivery of the return unless it's an exempt case that does not require a return.
